Abstract

На примерах судебной практики по делам о контрабанде выделяются и анализируются тенденции, характерные для уголовной политики и уголовного права России на современном историческом этапе.

The examples of judicial practice in cases of smuggling were established and analyzed trends of the criminal policy and criminal law in Russia at the present historical juncture.
