Abstract

In article the indispensability of introduction of interactive methods of training in system of higher education in Russia is discussed. It requires the certain psychological readiness of a teaching staff of high school. Research of perception of the educational environment of high school by teachers has shown, that the majority of them is emphasized with activity and dependence. The combination of these characteristics shows the career environment, that is a priority of public interests above personal, and the student is arranged under the teacher. At the same time results of research show low differentiation of a level of problematical character in specific pedagogical situations (situational thinking from above situational) and false subject the teacher. Therefore for adequate formation competence the student of high school special psychological and pedagogical support of activity of the teacher in high school which example of the organization is resulted in the given work is necessary. Development is carried out within the limits of performance of the state task under the project № 6.5803.2011 «Interactive maintenance of formation of competence of the student of high school».
