ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ МОТОРНО-ЭВАКУАТОРНОЙ ФУНКЦИИ ЖЕЛУДКА И КОРРЕКЦИЯ ТРОФОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СТАТУСА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЯЗВЕННЫМ ПИЛОРОДУОДЕНАЛЬНЫМ СТЕНОЗОМ

Abstract

The results of examination and treatment of 141 patients with advanced pyloroduodenal stenosis who were treated at the clinic “Institute of General and emergency surgery named after V.T. Zaitsev of NAMS of Ukraine. Bulk group consisted of 70 patients whose preoperative preparation and postoperative treatment were carried out by application of techniques developed in the clinic. Comparison group was 71 patients who performed traditional preoperative preparation and postoperative treatment.ctomy is not capable to authentically improve survival rate of patients with gastric cancer.

Проанализированы результаты обследования и лечения 141 больного с поздними стадиями пилородуоденального стеноза находившимися на лечении в клинике ГУ «Институт общей и неотложной хирургии им. В.Т. Зайцева НАМН Украины. Основную группу составили 70 пациентов, у которых предоперационная подготовка и послеоперационное лечение проводились путем применения разработанных в клинике методик. Группу сравнения составил 71 пациент, которым проведена традиционная предоперационная подготовка и послеоперационное лечение
