Представлен обзор выступлений по проблемам внедрения Федерального закона «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации в связи с совершенствованием правового положения государственных (муниципальных) учреждений» № 83-ФЗ от 08.05.2010 г. на всероссийских и международных конференциях, проходивших в 2011–2012 гг. в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге и Перми.
The author provides an overview of presentations on the problem of the introduction of the Law № 83-FZ at national and international conferences during 2011–2012 (Moscow, St. Petersburg and Perm).
