Abstract

Исследовав особенности проявления мотивации достижений и мотивации избегания неудач у студентов Владикавказского института управления, мы выявили группы психолого-акмеологических факторов, лежащих в основе мотивации деятельности и поведения молодежи, определяющих эффективность ее дальнейшего личностного и профессионального развития, определяющих ее реальный социальный успех. Студенты юридического отделения Владикавказского института управления демонстрируют низкий и средний уровень потребности в достижении, среднюю и низкую тенденцию к улучшению результатов своих достижений, соответствующий уровень переживания успеха-неудачи в учебной деятельности, неудовлетворенности достигнутым, настойчивости в достижении своих целей, уверенности в себе. Немного меньше половины студентов (42 %) показывают высокий уровень мотивации избегания неудач, высокий уровень защитного поведения. Также высокий процент (40 %) относится к среднему уровню избегания неудач и среднему уровню мотивации достижения. И только 18 % студентов оценивают свое поведение как ориентированное на достижения и успех. В целом, группа диагностируемых студентов представляет собой молодежь больше с характеристиками консервативного, ведомого, пассивного поведения, чем уверенных в себе, самостоятельных молодых людей, заинтересованных в собственном личностном и профессиональном развитии, активно реализующих как задачи, поставленные перед ними обществом, так и собственные планы и мечты. Минимальные выборы получили характеристики (личностные качества), составляющие структуру мотивации достижения личности, а также значимые для достижения цели: предприимчивый, удалой, храбрый, чуткий, бойкий, неустрашимый, отчаянный.

We identified the groups of psychological and acmeological factors which form the basis of motivation and behavior of youth activities that define efficiency of its further personal and professional development, investigated features of implication of achievement motivation and motivation of avoiding failure of the students of Vladikavkaz Institute of Management.The students of the Law Department of Vladikavkaz Institute of Management exhibit a low and medium level of need for achievement, average and low tendency to improve the results of their achievements, the appropriate level of experience of success-failure in the educational activity, dissatisfaction reached, persistence in achieving their goals, self-confidence. Forty-two percent of the students show a high level of motivation of avoiding failure, high levels of protective behavior. Fortypercent of the students belong to the middle level avoiding failures and the average level of achievement motivation. Eighteen percent of the students rated their behavior as focused on achievement and success. In general, a group of students is diagnosed more young people with the characteristics of the conservative-led, the passive behavior than self-confident, independent of young people interested in their own personal and professional development, active implement both tasks assigned to them by society and their own plans and dreams. Minimum elections got characteristics that make up the structure of achievement motivation of the person, as well as significant to achieve the goal: an enterprising, daring, brave, sensitive, spirited, fearless, desperate.
