Abstract

The peculavities of pharmacotherapy were studied in 158 patients with otorhinolaryngologic diseases aged from 18 to 25 years from the position of pharmacoeconomic analysis in out patient department N 1of Irkutsk. As the results showed, the antimicrobic preparations were administered in 46,4%. Amoxicillin took the first place 35,6%, ciprofloxacin the second 17,2%. The average duration of antibiotic therapy was 7,5 days. Among symptomatic preparations the antiseptic (Furacilin, Trichopol), combined drugs (Coldact, Rinza, Coldrex), vasoconstrictive (Naphthyzin, Nasivin, Galasolin) were included in the treatment according to the pattern. In no one case the complex pharmacotherapy included the use of preparations directed to the disbiotic correction. In general, the treatment was carried out due to the modern recommendations.

Изучены особенности фармакотерапии заболеваний ЛОР-органов с позиций фармакоэкономического анализа у 158 больных в возрасте от 18 до 25 лет в МУЗ «Поликлиника №1» г. Иркутска. Как показали результаты, в 46,4% для лечения были назначены антимикробные препараты. Лидером назначений является амоксициллин 35,6%, ципрофлоксацин 17,2% (второе место). Средняя продолжительность антибиотикотерапии 7,5 суток. Из симптоматических средств в схемы лечения включали: антисептики (фурацилин, трихопол), комбинированные препараты (Колдакт, Ринза, Колдрекс), деконгестанты (Нафтизин, Називин, Галазолин). Комплексная фармакотерапия ни в одном из случаев не предполагала использования препаратов, направленных на коррекцию дисбиотических явлений. В целом лечение проводилось согласно современным рекомендациям.
