Abstract

В работе обосновывается необходимость изучения процесса сбора первоначального материала на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела по делам о нарушении авторских и смежных прав. Затрагиваются проблемы, возникающие на данной стадии. Анализируется законодательная база, акцентируется внимание на пробелах в УПК РФ.
