Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные механизмы инкорпорации и экскорпорации партийной номенклатуры особенности учета и подбора кадров, а также чистки как инструмент ротации партийной номенклатуры в 1920-х-1930-х гг. на примере Свердловской обл.In this article the basic mechanisms of incorporation and excorporation of party bureaucratic establishment, such as characteristics of record keeping and recruitment, as well as purges as a tool for personnel rotation in the party bureaucratic establishment in 1920s-1930s, are considered in the article on example of the Sverdlovsk region.
