Социально-психологическая составляющая системы развития персонала в организации

Abstract

The paper presents the authors’ position regarding the development of staff, consisting in the systematic approach to the use of professional, social, personal aspects of development of each employee. The necessary elements of the system of personnel development in an organization are determined. The paper presents the data of sociological research carried out by the authors in the banking structure, the conclusions of which define the role of the socio-psychological component in the staff development. The authors offers specific ways of improving the staff training and development, taking into account the socio-psychological aspect.

В статье представлена позиция авторов относительно развития персонала, заключающаяся в системном подходе к использованию профессионального, социального, личностного (персонального) аспектов развития каждого работника. Определены необходимые элементы системы развития персонала организации. Приводятся данные проведенного авторами социологического исследования в банковской структуре, выводы которого определяют роль социально-психологической составляющей в развитии персонала. Авторами предлагаются конкретные направления совершенствования обучения и развития персонала с учетом социально-психологического аспекта.
