Abstract

This article presents an alternative approach to the problem of identifying psychological patterns of lie recognition. The main research results of lie recognition are characterized in retrospect. The problem of lie is significant for society as a whole. The main general characteristics common to these studies are described. The main conditions affecting the recognition process of deception are given. Inconsistencies in the results and interpretation of studies on the psychology of lying are noted. Ethnic, gender, personal and professional factors of lie detection are briefly considered. The results of research on the development of abilities to recognize lies are presented. There is also inconsistency in the interpretation of the effectiveness of such programs. Three basic procedures used in the programs developing abilities to recognize lies are analyzed. The results obtained by different researchers using such factors are ambiguous. The definition of deception is given. The main reason for ambiguous interpretation of patterns of lie recognition is stated. It consists in the methodological approach of the study called the classical approach. An approach is proposed to the identification of specific patterns from the point of view of the theory of psychological systems and trans-temporality. The liar and the exposer are presented as psychological systems that selectively interact with each other. The main reason for the interaction is the notion of compliance. The value of the system determination to solve the problem of the identification of specific patterns of lie recognition is emphasized. This determination includes not only consideration of binary relations "liar exposer", but also the situations and conditions of lie recognition, as well as the development and self-development of the situation, the exposer and the liar. The importance of temporality is stressed as the time horizon of the dynamics of conformity of the senses of the exposer, the liar and the expert. The concept of a dynamic semantic structure of behavior of the liar in the minds of the exposer and the expert is introduced. The meanings are important neoplasms that arise from the process of lie recognition. The completeness of a dynamic semantic structure is determined. The author of the article recognize this structure as a system of senses and semantic relations. A method is offered to solve the problems of detection of lie recognition specific patterns through the dynamics of conformity of senses of the exposer and the expert about the behavior of the liar and senses of the liar. The main hypothesis of the study is formulated. The main method of the empirical research at the initial stage is phenomenological analysis. The author assigns a significant role to the procedure of descriptive analysis before explaining the specific patterns of lie recognition.
