
The article discusses the necessity of continuous education of the modern person. Based on the priciples of andragogy, analysis of specialized literature, study of the seminar as one of the most popular forms of adult education, and specific results of psychological research involving 117 teachers from various Moscow schools, it presents evidence supporting the importance and timeliness of the issue of professional development of the modern educator.
В статье говорится о необходимости непрерывного образования современного человека. Используя основные положения андрагогики, анализ специальной литературы, рассмотрение одной из наиболее распространенных форм обучения взрослых семинара, конкретных результатов психологических исследований 117 учителей различных школ Москвы, доказывается актуальность темы профессионального развития современного учителя.
