Abstract

On the basis of official statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the period 2009-2015 a statistical measurement of the consequences of the Russian crime for minors was conducted. The structure of the negative consequences of crime for minors was set, new quality indicators of such consequences as infant criminal mortality and child criminal injuries were proposed, the types and the groups of crimes in result of which the minor is harmed are identified.
