Мониторинг и прогнозирование чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются технологии прогнозирования чрезвычайных ситуаций. Выделены технологии долгосрочного и оперативного прогнозирования. Представлены подходы к оценке вероятности возникновения чрезвычайной ситуации и ущерба от чрезвычайной ситуации.

The article discusses emergency forecast technologies. The authors distinguish between technologies for long-term and operational forecasting, and present approaches to the estimation of the probability of disaster and related potential damage.
