Abstract

In article dominating tendencies of the constitutional development on the Euroasian space are described. It is emphasized that characteristic feature of the majority of constitutions of the East European states of post-socialist space is the aiming at the West European liberal and democratic model of the constitutional development. By the author it is claimed that in the second half of XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries there was a need of acceptance by many states of new constitutions or modification and additions in existing basic laws and rigid and soft modernization of an existing system is allocated
