Abstract

Данная публикация опирается на основные положения современной когнитивной лингвистики относительно изучения категории «пространство» и метафоры. В работе рассматривается метафорический перенос, основанный на сходстве формы с такими геометрическими фигурами, как точка, линия, кривая, угол, круг, сфера, квадрат, треугольник, пирамида.

The paper is based on a cognitive approach to the category «space» and the metaphor. The article deals with metaphors based on the similarity with such geometric figures as point, line, curve, angle, circle, sphere, square, triangle, and pyramid.
