
В статье приводятся результаты исследования, посвященного изучению фармакокинетики симвастатина при экспериментальном гипотиреозе. Показаны изменения фармакокинетических параметров основного метаболита препарата – β-гидроксикислоты симвастатина, свидетельствующие о снижении биодоступности, а также взаимосвязь этих изменений с уровнем Т4.
In article data of the research devoted to studying of pharmacokinetic of simvastatin at experimental hypothyreosis are resulted. It is shown changes of pharmacokinetic parameters of main metabolite of drug – β-hydroxyacid of simvastatin, which says about decrease of bioavailability and correlation of these changes with level of T4.
