Abstract

The paper focuses on the issue of reforming the compulsory health insurance system as an effective tool of social security of the nation. The role of mandatory health insurance funds and medical organizations is discussed in terms of their risk management capacities under the present conditions.

В статье анализируются вопросы реформирования системы обязательного медицинского страхования как эффективного инструмента социальной защиты населения. Рассматривается роль фондов обязательного медицинского страхования и медицинских организаций по управлению рисками в современных условиях.
