Нравственно-психологические признаки и свойства лица, совершающего преступления в условиях природных бедствий или техногенных катастроф

Abstract

The paper discloses the moral and psychological features and properties of the person committing crimes in the conditions of natural disasters or technogenic catastrophes. The work examines the positive and negative moral and psychological features of the persons committing crimes in these conditions.

В статье раскрываются нравственно-психологические признаки и свойства лица, совершающего преступления в условиях природных бедствий или техногенных катастроф. Рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные нравственно-психологические признаки лиц, совершающих преступления в данных условиях.
