Abstract

The article substantiates the need for the proper estimation of the competence formation that constitutes the bachelors’ competence of technical university of higher education in studies of economic sectors. The factors were determined that exert on professional competence formation during the study at technical university. The problems were indicated that arise for the technical universities to develop methodological and methodical means and ways of competence formation. The need of students’ independent work is proved. It’s concluded that to enhance the professional competence of graduates and employers taking into account the requirements of Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) it’s essential to develop a procedure for the formation and evaluation of competencies, to improve the scheduling algorithm training and monitoring of competence development. The analysis of this algorithm’s results will allow to edit to the organization of the learning process and improve the quality of education.

В статье обоснована необходимость в правильной оценке сформированности компетенций, составляющих профессиональную компетентность бакалавров технического вуза при изучении дисциплин экономического цикла. Определены факторы, влияющие на формирование профессиональной компетентности в период обучения в вузе. Обозначены проблемы, возникающие у технических вузов при методологической и методической разработке средств и способов формирования компетенций. Обоснована необходимость самостоятельной работы студентов. Сделаны выводы о том, что для повышения профессиональной компетентности выпускника с учётом требований ФГОС и работодателей необходима разработка процедуры формирования и оценки компетенций, совершенствование алгоритма планирования обучения и мониторинга развития компетенций, анализ результатов которого позволит вносить коррективы в организацию процесса обучения и повысить качество обучения.
