Abstract

The present article is devoted to problems of improvement of legal regulation of the legislation on the establishment of origin of children and his appeal in light of the use of reproductive technologies. Foreign experience is analyzed. Modern problems of the Russian family law in the specified sphere are investigated. The author proposes the ways of improvement of the Russian legislation in the considered sphere of relations.

Статья посвящена проблемам совершенствования правового регулирования законодательства об установлении происхождения детей и его оспаривании в свете применения репродуктивных технологий. Анализируется зарубежный опыт. Исследуются современные проблемы российского семейного права в указанной сфере. Автор предлагает пути по совершенствованию российского законодательства в рассматриваемой сфере отношений.
