Интернет-культура как социальный феномен современности

Abstract

The article is devoted to the Internet culture as an important social phenomenon of our time. The mechanisms of regulation of Internet users behavior are described and regulating function of Internet culture is marked in the article. The definitions of Internet culture of foreign and domestic reseachers in the publication as well as the author’s definition of Internet culture are given. The measures for Internet culture formation in the Republic of Belarus are specified.

Статья посвящена интернет-культуре как важному социальному феномену современности. Рассматриваются механизмы регулирования интернет-поведения пользователей. Отмечается регуляционная функция интернет-культуры. В публикации приводятся дефиниции интернеткультуры зарубежных и отечественных исследователей, дается авторское определение понятия, указываются меры по формированию интернет-культуры в Республике Беларусь.
