Этатизм и колонизационная политика в Томской губернии (1906 1911)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена ментальная природа российского этатизма и особенности его проявлений в действиях органов государственной власти, осуществлявших колонизационную политику в Томской губернии.

The article discusses the mental nature of the Russian statism, and especially its manifestations in the actions of public authorities, carrying out policies of colonization of Tomsk.
