Готовность студентов к обучению по индивидуальному образовательному маршруту

Abstract

Individually-focused training is regarded as one of the modern trends of higher education, its essential characteristics, the possibility of educational direction as a means of implementing individual-oriented education in high school are revealed. The subjectivity of the student is presented as a crucial factor for the development and implementation of educational direction. Willingness to study in the framework of individual educational direction is defined as a condition and, at the same time, as a prerequisite for a successful individualization of studying in high school. The structure and components of readiness of students to study in the framework of individual educational direction are considered: motivational, cognitive and activity. Materials of the study of readiness of students of pedagogical high school to study in the framework of individual educational direction are presented.

В статье индивидуально-ориентированное обучение рассматривается как одна из современных тенденций высшего профессионального образования. Раскрываются его сущностные характеристики, возможности образовательного маршрута как средства реализации индивидуально-ориентированного образования в вузе. Субъектность студента представлена в качестве важнейшего условия разработки и реализации образовательного маршрута. Готовность к обучению по индивидуальному образовательному маршруту определяется как условие и, одновременно, как предпосылка успешной индивидуализации обучения в вузе. Рассматриваются структура и компоненты готовности студента к обучению по образовательному маршруту: мотивационный, когнитивный и деятельностный в их единстве. Представлены материалы изучения готовности студентов педагогического вуза к обучению по индивидуальному образовательному маршруту.
