Abstract

In clause on the basis of research autopsies material of patients the morphological structure of a wall of a esophagus is investigated at liver cirrhosis and after lead endoscopes scleratherapy, efficiency of application miniinvasiv interventions is certain, and also is lead morpho-pathogenically a substantiation of application endoscopes scleratherapy in treatment and preventive maintenance hemorrhagic a syndrome at a liver cirrhosis with a syndrome of a portal hypertension.

В статье на основании исследования аутопсийного материала больных изучена морфологическая структура стенки пищевода при циррозе печени и после проведенной эндоскопической склеротерапии, определена эффективность применения миниинвазивных вмешательств, а также проведено морфопатогенетическое обоснование применения эндоскопической склеротерапии в лечении и профилактике геморрагического синдрома при циррозе печени с синдромом портальной гипертензии.
