Особенности состояния иммунной системы у больных с коморбидным течением хронической обструктивной болезни легких и артериальной гипертонией

Abstract

Исследованы показатели клеточного иммунитета и фагоцитоза у больных с коморбидным течением хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ) и артериальной гипертонией. Выявлены дефицит клеточного звена иммунологической резистентности в виде ослабления хелперных механизмов, недостаточность поглотительной активности фагоцитирующих клеток.
