Формирование и развитие лояльности дистрибьюторов молочной продукции в организацинно-культурном контексте предприятия

Abstract

В качестве фактора достижения устойчивости рыночной сети анализируется лояльность бизнес-партнеров по отношению к фирме-организатору сети. Лояльность партнеров по сбытовым сетям определена их искренней убежденностью в конкурентоспособности поставщика-организатора сети и его продуктов, проявляющаяся в регулярном выполнении взятых обязательств и формализованных стандартов обслуживания вне зависимости от ситуационных факторов и маркетинговых усилий других поставщиков. С целью оценки уровня удовлетворенности дистрибьюторов, реализующих молочную продукцию, и определения факторов лояльности, представляющих для посредников наибольшую ценность, проведено исследование, в рамках которого рассчитан индекс поведенческой и текущей удовлетворенности дистрибьюторов, а также определены факторы, которые в большей степени влияют на формирование лояльности посредников.
