Abstract
Acquisition research (Graduate School of Business & Public Policy) This study assesses the process capabilities and competencies of Naval Facilities Engineering Command's (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic. The assessment uses a crosssectional questionnaire covering contracting processes and selected ethical context.
