Abstract

Уровень развития дорожного хозяйства и его техническое состояние являются критическими факторами для достижения устойчивого развития государства и обеспечения высокого качества жизни населения. Необходимы нестандартные методы привлечения инвестиций для развития дорожной инфраструктуры, учитывающие уникальные характеристики дорожных проектов. The level of development of the road sector and its technical condition are critical factors for achieving sustainable development of the state and ensuring a high quality of life for the population. Non-standard methods of attracting investments for the development of road infrastructure are needed, taking into account the unique characteristics of road projects.
