Рассматриваются вопросы упорядочения регламентирования основного вида пользования лесом – заготовки древесины с учетом корректировки основополагающих понятий леса, сохранения лесов и лесопользования, уточнения места, правил заготовки древесины в общей системе законодательного и нормативного правового обеспечения содержания лесов и пользования лесом в сочетании с совершенствованием правил ухода за лесами и других документов. Решение актуальных вопросов законодательно-нормативно-правового регламентирования ресурсного лесопользования связано с изменением природных и социальных условий. The issues of streamlining the regulation of the main type of forest use are considered – timber harvesting, taking into account the adjustment of the fundamental concepts of the forest, forest conservation and forest use, clarification of the place of timber harvesting rules in the general system of legislative and regulatory legal support for forest maintenance and forest use in combination with the improvement of the rules for the care of forests and other documents. The solution of topical issues of legislative and regulatory regulation of resource forest use is associated with changes in natural and social conditions.
