Abstract

With the help of the experiment planned mathematically, optimal conditions for the production of powdered pulp from bleached softwood sulphate pulp for papermaking were developed. According to the developed conditions powered cellulose for the food industry was obtained. Under similar conditions, pulp powder from bleached hardwood sulphate pulp was obtained. A comparative analysis of the properties and structure of the obtained samples of powdered cellulose was carried out.
