Abstract

Использование местного торцового прессования для формирования прямоугольных шипов в торцах деревянных заготовок является перспективным, энергоэффективным и ресурсосберегающим способом изготовления деталей для последующего их склеивания по длине. Определение основных параметров режимов процесса местного торцового прессования является одной из задач исследования, направленной на формирование требований к энергосиловым и точностным параметрам проектируемого штампового оборудования. Цель исследования – установить комплекс параметров режимов процесса местного торцового прессования, основываясь на результатах анализа параметров режимов процессов обработки давлением различных конструкционных материалов. The use of local face pressing to form rectangular spikes in the ends of wooden blanks is a promising, energy-efficient and resource-saving way of preparing parts for subsequent gluing along their length. Determination of the main parameters of the modes of the local face pressing process is one of the tasks of the study aimed at forming requirements for the power and precision parameters of the designed stamping equipment. The purpose of the study is to establish a set of parameters of the modes of the local face pressing process, based on the results of the analysis of the parameters of the modes of pressure treatment of various structural materials.
