Abstract

Современный этап развития высшего образования характеризуется рядом проблем, которые актуальны как для России, так и для многих стран мира. Ключевыми вызовами являются ценность высшего образования, качество, его доступность, интеграция с мировым образовательным пространством, а также адаптация к быстро меняющимся требованиям рынка труда. Анализ современных проблем высшего образования необходим для формирования эффективной образовательной политики. В данной статье мы рассмотрим проблемы высшего образования, выявим общие тенденции и специфические особенности, а также определим возможные пути развития системы высшего образования в условиях глобализации и цифровизации. The current stage of development of higher education is charac-terized by a number of problems that are relevant both for Russia and for many countries of the world. The key challenges are the value of higher education, quality, its accessibility, integration with the global educational space, as well as adaptation to the rapidly changing demands of the labor market. Analysis of contemporary problems in higher education is necessary for the formation of ef-fective educational policy. In this article we will look at the problems of higher education, identify general trends and specific features, and also identify possi-ble ways for the development of the higher education system in the context of globalization and digitalization.
