Abstract
Personality has become a focus point in organizational research over the past couple of decades, management skills development and derailment, and mainly employee selection. A better understanding of the personality traits of members of the profession is also required; to deliver a complete pictures of the way in which pharmacists should attempt to revolutionize pharmacy practice. A descriptive cross-sectional study design was to assess personality traits among pharmacists working in different fields in Pakistan.
