Abstract
Low aqueous solubility is a major problem faced during the formulation of NCE, Lurasidone Hydrochloride is an antipsychotic agent specially used in the treatment of schizophrenia. Lurasidone is practically insoluble in purified water, has poor bioavailability and slow onset of action. The purpose of the present study is to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of Lurasidone hydrochloride by Nanoemulsion technique.
