Abstract

E-mail: gromovaea@susu.ru. Elizaveta Aleksandrovna Gromova – Candidate of Sciences (Law), Associate Professor of Business, Competition and Ecological Law Department, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation. E-mail: gromovaea@susu.ru. The article is devoted to special regimes that help to overcome barriers that prevent the introduction of components of the digital industry (Industry 4.0) and their role in the development of industrial regions. The article analyzes domestic and foreign legislation, as well as the experience of implementing the components of the digital industry (Industry 4.0) by individual countries, as well as scientific works on this topic. The legal barriers that prevent the introduction of digital industry components are identified, the ways to overcome them (the use of special and experimental legal regimes) are proposed, and the problems related to the content of such regimes are identified. Proposals have been formulated to improve legal regulation in order to increase the efficiency of the implementation of components of the digital industry (Industry 4.0) and the development of industrial regions.
