При множественности научных мнений по оценке государственного контракта с позиций частного или публичного права автором последовательно доказывается тезис о цивилистической природе исследуемого понятия. The article analyzes various scientific approaches to determining the legal essence of a state contract, including the subject of which is the performance of contract work for the needs of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and its legal regulation. With a plurality of scientific opinions on the assessment of the state contract from the standpoint of private or public law, the author consistently proves the thesis about the civil nature of the concept under study.
