Abstract

Описана серия экспериментов по получению монокристаллического титаната свинца методом спонтанной кристаллизации из флюса. Полученные кристаллы могут быть использованы в качестве затравочных для выращивания как чистых, так и легированных объемных монокристаллов титаната свинца методами Киропулоса и Чохральского. The paper describes a series of experiments to obtain single crystals of lead titanate by spontaneous crystallization from a flux.
