Керамические стержни для художественного литья

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу изготовления керамических стержней высокой точности для изготовления художественных отливок. Предложено применение в качестве связующего водного раствора алюмоборфосфатного концентрата, в качестве наполнителя – кварцевого песка, плакированного суспензией из раствора карбоксиметилцеллюлозы и периклазового поршкообразного отвердителя. Дополнительно на поверхность стержней наносилось химически твердеющее огнеупорное покрытие. Разработанная технология позволяет ускорить цикл формообразования, повысить прочность стержней, обеспечить их высыпаемость из развитых полостей художественных отливок.
