Abstract

Конакова Ольга Владимировна, старший преподаватель кафедры государственного и муниципального управления, Челябинский государственный университет, Челябинск, Россия, konakova_ov@mail.ru Olga V. Konakova, Senior Lecturer, Department of State and Municipal Administration, Chelyabinsk State University, Chelyabinsk, Russia, konakova_ov@mail.ru Одним из факторов динамики и результативности профессионального развития персонала является мотивационная среда, для управления которой требуется методический инструментарий, позволяющий качественно и количественно ее оценивать и определять направления совершенствования. One of the factors of the dynamics and effectiveness of the professional development of personnel is the motivational environment. Consequently, the management of the motivational environment requires methodological tools that allow it to be evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively and determine the directions of improvement. The author's methodology for diagnosing the motivational environment is described, which includes a set of indicators that take into account the state of organizational conditions and the perception of them by employees, as well as an integral coefficient for evaluating the motivational environment, which allows determining the type of motivational environment and determining priority areas for its improvement. The article includes a description of the results of diagnostics of the motivational environment of a number of coal mining enterprises and a mathematical model reflecting the revealed dependence characterizing the influence of the motivational environment on the results of professional development of personnel. The obtained research results create opportunities for the development of applied tools and a reasonable choice of solutions for the formation of a motivational environment for professional development of personnel.
