Abstract
The theme of the bachelor work is the quality of chocolate in the company SIA “Emihls Gustavs Chocolate”. The author chose such a theme for the work because she has been working for the company SIA “Emihls Gustavs Chocolate” and she also wanted to get affirmation for the expression that the company’s chocolate is exclusive and sophisticated. The aim of the work is to: get know the quality of chocolate. The work consists of two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the 1st chapter there is a description of the history of chocolate products.
