Abstract
As one of tourism destination place, Makassar become potential area to develop hotel industry. This study aimed to asses influence exotic dimensions quality comprising of service performance interaction quality, physical environment quality against Overall Satisfaction. This research used descriptive survey and explanatory. Population selected were all the customers at the hotel in Makassar who have a minimum 2 days and who had used the services of this hotel before.
