Abstract
This thesis is dedicated to franchising and gives the perspective on it as the most suitable form of entrance to a foreign market. The objective of the work is making the analysis of possible practical implementation of franchising in the Ukraine. The first section of the thesis is focusing on theoretical aspects of penetration into foreign market. A careful examination is given to the main reasons for entrance into foreign markets.
