The aim of this thesis is to analyse the business intelligence solution in Commercial Bank and its potential adjustments. The thesis is divided into three parts in order to achieve this goal. The opening part discusses the matters of business intelligence from a theoretical point of view. The second part describes the current situation in the bank, the way the solution works, what kind of business processes it supports and what means of technology it uses. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis itself and my own suggestions and recommendations that might be beneficial to the whole system.
