Optiski stimulēta tranzistora gāzes jūtīgums atkarībā no tās vadības zonas tipa

Abstract

Raksta mērķis ir gāzes jūtīguma iespējas pārbaude, izmantojot dažādas tranzistora vadības zonas. Kā arī pārbaudīt un izpētīt vai ir iespējams izmantot optiski stimulēto tranzistora struktūru gāzēs sensoriem. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi tiek izvirzīts sekojošs uzdevums: tranzistora struktūras strāvas un potenciālo mērījumu atkarība no optiskā starojuma un tranzistora vadības zonas tipa.
