Pārseguma nesošā elementa šķērsgriezuma racionālo raksturlielumu noteikšana

Abstract

Darba gaitā veikti dažādu jumtu pārseguma konstruktīvo shēmu salidzinājumi. Tika apskatīti jumta pārseguma varianti ar kopturiem un bez. Tērauda profilētam loksnēm arī ir divas shēmas: vienlaiduma un daudzlaiduma. Atrasts optimālākais kopturu solis un atbilstošais materiālu patēriņš, kas sastāda 3.27m un 15.59 kg/m2. Konstatēts, ka no materiālu patēriņa viedokļa, shēma bez kopturiem ir izdevīgāka. Kopturu pielietošana izraisa materiālu patēriņu pieaugumu par 15.31%. Atrasti tērauda profilētās loksnes šķērsgriezuma racionālie augstumi un biezumi. Tērauda profilētās loksnes racionālais šķērsgriezums vienlaiduma shēmas gadījumā parādīts att.. Tērauda profilētās loksnes šķērsgriezuma racionālais biezums ir 1.00 mm. Materiālu patēriņš šajā gadijumā sastāda 13.53kg/m2.
