В статті розглянуто особливості державного регулювання фінансового ринку як в Україні, так і в країнах, де фінансовий ринок знаходиться на ранніх стадіях і в економічно розвинених країнах з високим рівнем розвитку фінансового ринку. Запропоновано напрямки подальшої співпраці між органами державного регулювання фінансового ринку в Україні. The article discusses the peculiarities of state regulation of financial markets in Ukraine and in countries where financial market is on early stages and in economically developed countries with high levels of financial market development. The author suggests the direction of the further cooperation between regulatory authorities of financial market in the Ukraine.
