Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процеси фазових переходів, концентраційні та температурні ефекти в електрофізичних та магніторезистивних властивостях високоентропійних плівкових сплавів (ВЕС). Предмет дослідження – еволюція кристалічної структури плівкових ВЕС у залежності від концентрації компонент і способу термообробки, їх електрофізичні та магніторезистивні властивості.
