Розрахункові спектрофотометричні методи при визначенні вмісту бінарних cумішей барвників E102 та E110
Метод молекулярної спектрофотометрії у видимій області не вимагає дорогої апаратури і є досить простий у виконанні. Визначенню барвників не заважають речовини, що не мають смуги поглинання у видимій області, але виникає проблема визначення одних барвників в присутності інших. Для вирішення цієї проблеми були розглянені метод Фірордта та HPSAM модіфікований метод добавок.
