Abstract
Norges musikkhøgskole. Masteroppgave. Musikkterapi Summary: This thesis is made after a master project in music therapy with youth undergoing treatment in mental health care. The study is done with four youths and their experience of participation in a band group. The focus is on identity and identity development. The research design is qualitative. The method of data collection is participant-observation and semi-structured interviews, using hermeneutic and phenomenological analysis procedure.
