Abstract
Today there are plenty of products that are offered equal differently by companies, but be competition to them are forced to resort to a very important tool in commerce, direct marketing, so get as many and customer loyalty. Marketing is a set of activities whose primary purpose is to inform consumers about the features and benefits of a product or service in order to conquer the market by meeting the needs of consumers.
